The Kids and Teens Open Directory Project's goal is to
produce the most comprehensive directory of the web for people under the age of
18, by relying on a vast army of volunteer editors.
People under the age 18 are one of the fastest growing user
groups surfing the web. The web is to them what TV was to their parents -- a
primary source for information and entertainment. The web, unlike TV, is an
unchanneled mixture of content that is full of information that may be
inappropriate for children and teenagers. Kids and Teens Open Directory
