product information and wholesale pricing, please complete the Wholesale
Application.
Before completing the
Reseller Application, please read the following conditions. If you do
not currently meet these conditions, please apply when you can meet the
application requirement.

All Box Train
Express Resellers must possess a Tax Identification Number or
Business Identification Number for resale purposes.

Box Train Express
Resellers, who are e-tailers, must have an active, functional
website or proof of website construction.

Please note, Box
Train Express has established order minimums which must be met with
each order:
Order Minimum - 1 case
