Box Train Express collects sales tax for orders shipped to Arizona addresses.
Shipping
Box Train Express uses Federal Express as our primary
shipper in the Continental U.S. only (48 states). We
reserve the right to send via alternate carriers.
Train Playsets will be shipped within 2 business

Damaged Merchandise - If a package

Returns/Exchanges

phone for product refund information. Please be aware that there is a 20%
restocking fee for returns and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
